You spoke and we listened! We’re excited to announce the release of new features designed to make your life as a Looker easier. These new features were released last week, and are available now on the WeGoLook mobile app.
First, from your app’s support screen, you can now access all of our FAQs and Looker articles to help you when you’re on the road. You no longer only have access to these helpful tips from your computer at home; it’s all easily accessible on your mobile device.
Second, you can now submit a support ticket directly from the app. Sometimes our Lookers run into problems while conducting a Look, or planning for one, and can now ask for guidance on-the-go. Help is on the way!
Bringing these two powerful features into our mobile app will better support you as a Looker. As always, we appreciate all feedback from our Lookers, so please share through the WeGoLook community Facebook page.
